Techno-Advanced, Inc. was established in 2004, as an Engineering and Construction company and is dedicated to the design, construction and operations of Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing, Electrical and Fire sprinkler Systems for a broad range of facilities from multi-family residential, commercial, retail and offices to schools, medical/health care, institutions, arenas and industrial/hi-tech manufacturing plants.

Over the years Techno- Advanced, Inc. has combined its capabilities in engineering, fabrication, installation and service to meet the demands for competitive pricing, fast delivery and high performance systems.

History

Techno-Advanced, Inc. is one of the largest mechanical and plumbing contractors in Southern and Northern California. The company employs engineers, designers and installers and specializes in Design, Construction, Installation and/or Design/Build projects. The company is owned and directed by Alfred Babayans, former Chief staff of the City of Los Angeles, Department of Building and Safety and the most qualified personnel.

Backed by years of experience, knowledge of local building codes and a firm understanding of the construction process, we take personal interest and are actively involved in each project. Our team of professional, multi-disciplined administrative and supervisory staff is driven by a desire to provide exemplary service and qualitative solutions to our client's most challenging H.V.A.C., Plumbing and Electrical needs. With the client's interest in mind we constitute methods in order to reduce costs, increase productivity and maximize efficiency, resulting in overall satisfaction and mutual success.

Project Management

For your project, a Techno-Advanced Inc. Project Manager will be your personal representative. This individual is your contact from the inception of your project through completion and ongoing warranty. Your Project Manager’s responsibility is to get your job done, on time, on budget and without alibis.

Cost and quality control

To construct the project, at minimum cost without compromising quality or performance, requires programs that makes efficient use of all resources.

Techno-Advanced, Inc. will participate with the design team to provide analysis of cost versus performance on all aspects of the mechanical/plumbing systems and other trades. Equipment can be evaluated to consider price, performance, installation, service and operating cost. Cost saving alternates can be evaluated for impacts on all trades.

Our goal is to provide efficient and cost effective solutions that encompass design/build projects. The ability to be both the design consultant and the contractor allows us to be involved in projects from start to finish. This helps everyone involved achieve their goals through both time management and cost management.
